Greetings from the Green Brigade!

My name is Amy Woody, and I am thrilled to be serving as the Director of Athletic Bands here at the University of North Texas, and consequently ushering in the 113^th iteration of the UNT Green Brigade! If I have not had the opportunity to meet or work with you yet, know I am excited to carry-on the many traditions of performance excellence Green Brigade has established over the decades. 

The Green Brigade offers one of the most entertaining, diverse, and energetic performance opportunities on campus, and we are proud to represent students of all majors, across over eleven decades!

If you are returning, welcome back! We will continue to look to you for leadership and guidance as we welcome our newest members.

If you are new to us, WELCOME! We invite you to join in hopefully what will be one of the most memorable, challenging, and rewarding experiences of your college life. You are joining the ranks of thousands of band members who have come before to set the stage to be a part of one of the most well-known and spirited performance ensembles in college, and we are so glad you are here!
