2024 SUMMER BAND INFO 

2024 Move-In Dates

Pre-season camp officially begins in the afternoon of August 9 (Percussion in the morning of August 9and Color Guard on August 8). We will welcome all our potential members to Winspear Hall (located at the Murchison Performing Arts Center) at 3pm, followed by a full ensemble rehearsal/auditions in the evening. 

Leadership (including appointed committee members, freshman and up): Move in August 6th, sessions on August 7-8th.

Color Guard (all): Move in August 8th, auditions begin in the afternoon of the 8th at 1:30pm. *Note, for those not doing DCI, auditions will be ongoing until DCI members return August 12.

Percussion (all): Move in August 8th, preparing equipment the evening of the 8th, percussion meeting and preparations at 9am August 9 at Voertman Hall. *Note, for those not doing DCI, auditions will be ongoing until DCI members return August 12.

New Member Woodwinds/Brass: Move in August 8th, equipment check out or uniform fitting that evening, activity beginning the 9th.

Returning Woodwinds/Brass: Move in by the 9th, activity beginning the afternoon of the 9th.
